Postpartum anxiety can show up as racing thoughts, fear of something going wrong, or feeling overwhelmed by responsibility. During therapy, I offers a calm and supportive space to help you feel steadier, more confident, and less consumed by worry as you adjust to motherhood.

  • Postpartum depression can feel heavy, isolating, and confusing, especially when you expected to feel happy after your baby arrived. You may feel numb, tearful, disconnected, or like you’re not yourself anymore. During therapy, I provide you with compassionate support to help you process these emotions, rebuild hope, and begin feeling like you again.

  • Pregnancy can bring unexpected anxiety, sadness, or emotional overwhelm, even when everything appears “fine” on the outside. You may worry constantly, feel emotionally drained, or struggle to enjoy this stage of life. I can support you during pregnancy by offering the space to navigate these feelings, strengthen emotional coping, and prepare for the transition into motherhood with greater clarity and confidence.

Living Through Experiences Therapy was created from my desire to offer compassionate, personalized care during one of the most vulnerable seasons of motherhood.
