Practice Owner and Therapist serving Florida

Feel like you need help? I’m just a call away

I offer individual therapy to help you find relief from anxiety, burnout, and self-doubt. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and whether you're struggling with constant worry, racing thoughts, or the pressure of trying to do it all, you deserve a space to slow down and breathe. In our work together, I will support you in building practical coping skills, shifting unhelpful thought patterns, and creating a sense of calm and balance that feels sustainable.

For mothers balancing the endless responsibilities of caring for others, I understand how easy it is to put your own needs last. You are always giving, always holding things together, and it can feel exhausting. This is your space to feel heard, supported, and prioritized. We will take the time to understand your unique experiences and create a path toward feeling more grounded, confident, and fulfilled—not just as a parent, but as a whole person.

I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and am committed to creating a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you can show up exactly as you are. Together, we will honor your strengths, work through your challenges, and help you reconnect with the version of yourself that feels at peace.

ABOUT JENNIFER

I hold a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Miami and am currently a Registered Mental Health Counselor(RMHCI) in Florida. With both fresh insights and the support of experienced professionals, I’m committed to providing thoughtful, personalized care.

I have experience working in private practice and community mental health centers, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. Being bilingual in English and Spanish allows me to tailor sessions to your comfort and culture.

I specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety, burnout, and low self-esteem. I also work closely with mothers who are balancing it all while feeling disconnected from their own well-being. Together, we’ll create space for you to feel grounded, cared for, and supported—both as a parent and as a person.

My approach blends tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to meet your unique needs and goals.

Building a strong connection matters. I offer a free 15-minute introductory call so you can get to know me and see if my approach feels like the right fit.
