Practice Owner and Therapist serving Florida

Founder of Living Through Experienes Therapy

Feel like you need help? I’m just a call away

At Living Through Experiences Therapy, I offer individual therapy to help you find relief from anxiety, burnout, postpartum challenges, and self-doubt. Life can feel overwhelming, and whether you are dealing with constant worry, racing thoughts, or the pressure of trying to do it all, you deserve a space to slow down and breathe. In our sessions, I will support you in developing practical coping skills, shifting unhelpful thought patterns, and building a sense of calm and balance that feels sustainable.

I have a specialty in working with mom guilt and the complex emotions that come with motherhood. For mothers managing the many responsibilities of caregiving, especially those experiencing postpartum anxiety or burnout, it is easy to put your own needs last. Over time, this can leave you feeling drained and disconnected. In our work together, you will have a space to feel heard, supported, and prioritized. We will explore your experiences and help you reconnect with a version of yourself that feels grounded, confident, and whole.

Living Through Experiences Therapy provides support for moms across Florida in both English and Spanish. Whether you are seeking in-person or online therapy, I am committed to creating a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you can show up exactly as you are. We will honor your strengths, work through your challenges, and help you reconnect with the version of yourself that feels more at peace.

Personal Story

I've always been passionate about helping others better understand themselves. Growing up, I saw how often people felt unheard or misunderstood, and that realization sparked a deep curiosity in me to create meaningful change. This curiosity led me to pursue therapy—an avenue through which I can support others in their journey toward clarity, healing, and self-discovery.

On a personal level, I’ve faced my own struggles with anxiety and self-doubt, which have shaped my perspective on the power of self-reflection and emotional growth. My own experiences with therapy have been transformative, offering me a space to heal and learn. These challenges, especially during times of uncertainty, have taught me the importance of self-compassion, balance, and resilience. They have also reinforced my belief that everyone deserves to rediscover their authentic self and live in alignment with their core values.

Through my journey in therapy, I've come to see it as more than just a conversation—it's a powerful space for self-awareness, introspection, and lasting transformation. It's about creating a path forward that feels true to who you are, not just talking through difficulties. I want you to know that therapy is a partnership. My role is to listen, guide, and support you with care and without judgment. I understand how challenging it can be to open up, and I am committed to meeting you where you are, with compassion, respect, and a genuine desire to help you heal.
